Nyköping, Sweden
For the fifth consecutive year, Nyköping Hockey was given the opportunity to arrange junior SM in ice hockey (J18 and J20). The layout around was a little bit different during this year’s event, but the entertainment and quality of the ice hockey was just like in previous years.

Nice event but needs more

As a representative from Swe Press Photo Fredrik Sten went for his fifth straight JSM to Rosvalla Arenor to watch and document with his Canon cameras tomorrow’s hockey stars out on the ice.

”A really fun and pleasant tradition every year that is worth so much more attention than it gets given today”

Strong winners with traditions

This years winners was Frölunda for J18 (players under 18 years old) and Modo in J20 (players under 20 years old). Two big organizations regarding youth and junior hockey in Sweden who have in the recent years really shown success by being among the top clubs in championships, various different tournaments and cups.

If Nyköping and Rosvalla Arenor are to host as well as the upcoming Junior SM remains to be seen but seen to the place the city is located in Sweden and the range around it is the optimal solution.
